About Shiro's Saimin

Open since 1969, Shiro's Saimin boasts over 60 different noodle combinations. Shiro Matsuo, the founder, revolutionized the image of saimin by taking a plain snack and creating a meal in itself. With his quirky imagination, he morphed saimin into an adventure in noodle dining.

The secret to our noodles is its freshness. Our noodles are made fresh daily at our own noodle factory and we do not use frozen, dehydrated or imported noodle products. Shiro's also serves a myriad of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. All our entrees are made the "old-fashioned" way - the way grandma use to make it. Check out our Hawaiian food and a wide selection of daily specials. Each of our 3 locations provide dine-in, take-out and catering services.
